These fans utilize a unique sickle-shaped blade design, which ensures a stable pressure curve, high airflow output, and lower power consumption compared to traditional wing fans. Key advantages include a significant noise reduction of 2-4 decibels, higher static pressure (up to 40% more at certain flow rates), and improved energy efficiency (up to 41%).
Constructed from high-strength thermoplastic or aluminum alloy, the blades are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and customizable for various applications, including ventilation, cooling towers, and agricultural machinery. The fans feature versatile connection methods (flange, bushing, or taper bushing) and are available in multiple hub designs to suit diverse industrial needs. Blade ▼
The fan diameter ranges from 305 to 1343mm, and the blade twist angle can be adjusted from 20° to 50° to meet the different application requirements of the customer. The P4Z.P5Z blade is only the geometric enlargement of the P6Z, and the root design is identical. The root is locked in the fan hub by a steel fixing pin, which ensures that the blade will not be displaced after installation and the twist angle remains unchanged. Blades molded from high-strength thermoplastic materials or die-cast from aluminum alloys have the following advantages:
