01 / MATCHED BLADE PROFILES
Axial fan blade replacements
Match the original blade reference to its UTEK-DELE replacement profile. The root and retention, pitch, rotation and material are part of the selected build.

Multi-Wing 2H · 3H
P3H
The P3H profile replaces 2H and 3H. Match the original root, retention and pitch.

Multi-Wing 2Z/2Z2
2Z
The 2Z profile is listed on our S2Z product page. Keep the original suffix when identifying the build.

Multi-Wing EMAX4
EMAX4
Match the original configuration when specifying this replacement profile.
02 / COMPLETE ASSEMBLIES
Axial fan impeller replacements
These references are supplied as complete replacement impellers. The hub and blades are selected together to match the mounting interface and operating duty. Product photographs show the corresponding UTEK-DELE model or blade profile.

Multi-Wing 7W · 9W2
9W2
The 9W2 complete impeller replaces 7W and 9W2. Match the installed build code and hub interface.

03 / CONFIGURATION REVIEW
Builds with additional selection requirements
These references have a corresponding UTEK-DELE model. Selection depends on the original drawing, interface or duty details shown below.

Multi-Wing PMAX6
PMAX6
Complete impeller. Confirm the original hub configuration and current availability.
Multi-Wing TR11W
TR11W
Confirm the reversible build and the duty in each required airflow direction.
What defines the replacement build
Original build
Record the full model code, suffix and drawing revision so the profile is matched to the actual installed version.
Mechanical fit
Compare the blade root and retention for profile replacements. For an impeller, compare hub bore, mounting pattern, offset and shroud clearance.
Operating duty
Match diameter, pitch, rotation and material. Verify airflow at the required pressure, speed and drive load in the installed equipment.
REPLACEMENT QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
01
How do I identify a fan if the original label is missing?
Look for markings on the blade root or hub and photograph both faces of the assembly and the mounting interface. Record the outside diameter, blade count and rotation as viewed from a named side. A photo of the blade outline alone is insufficient to identify the build.
02
Can I replace one blade and keep the existing hub?
For a blade-profile match, check the root, retention, pitch and material against the original build. For a single-blade repair, confirm that the remaining blades and hub are serviceable and that the repaired assembly can meet its balance requirements. W-series matches and PMAX3 are supplied as complete impellers.
03
Is 9W2 a blade swap for a Multi-Wing 7W?
The listed match is a complete UTEK-DELE 9W2 impeller. Compare the original build code, hub interface and mounting offset before ordering. The same complete-assembly scope applies when the original reference is 9W2.
04
Which UTEK-DELE model replaces a Multi-Wing 4H?
S14H and S16H are the options for review. Use the original drawing to select between them, including the mounting details and available clearance. The S14H photo shows that model only.
05
Will an impeller with the same diameter deliver the same airflow?
Compare airflow at the required static pressure and speed, along with drive load. Two fans with the same diameter can behave differently when blade profile, pitch or blade count changes. Confirm the duty with the fan installed in its intended shroud.
06
What needs checking for a reversible TR11W build?
Record the required airflow direction and duty for each operating mode, plus the original hub and drive arrangement. Verify the proposed reversible build against both duties before confirming the replacement.
